Battle Ropes

Battle Ropes are used to increase full body strength and conditioning. The ropes are thick and heavy so as to give significant resistance. The battle ropes are a simple workout tool that everyone can use. Checkout some great ways to workout your entire body with these ropes in the videos below

battling out with the Ropes

Battle Ropes Burpee combo

The ropes add more intensity to the burpee. by keeping the core engaged, alternate between a burpee and a rope slash for a set of 10-12 reps. You can finish this great exercise by moving the ropes using both arms first alternately and then simultaneously for a count of 10 each. This will surely get your heart pumping out of your chest while using all major muscle groups from head to toe. Give it a try!!!

Battle Ropes with Jump Box

in this. exercise, the jump boxes come in handy, first to move the ropes from side to side targeting the obliques and then to incorporate some great leg workout. Try this exercise to failure for a round of 3 sets and believe me you will be huffing and puffing!
