Improve your posture

Good posture is important to your overall health and offers a variety of benefits including reduced back pain, increased energy, and greater confidence. Having good posture is important to your overall health, as it can help you avoid muscle tension, pain, fatigue, and many other common ailments and medical conditions.

Face Pulls - Upper Body posture

Perform 4-5 sets of 10 reps 3-4 times per week

Face pulls are a horizontal pulling exercise that works your upper back, lower trapezius, rear deltoid, and rotator cuff muscles. Aside from helping slap on some beef in these areas, strengthening your back muscles can help improve your posture simply by being strong enough to hold yourself upright without slouching.

Cable thrusters/Pull Throughs - lower body posture

Perform 4-5 sets of 10 reps 3-4 times per week

Cable thrusters or pull throughs strengthen the hams, glutes and core. All these muscle groups are essential for maintaing a nuetral pelvis and a balanced posture. In addtion to squats, lunges and glute bridge, that are anyway critical for lower body strength development, cable thrusters overcome the problems of abnormal pelvic tilt (both anterior & posterior).
